ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEMBERS

Dr. Charles S. Cunha, Ed.D.
Dr. Cunha is a professor of organizational development and a high-level corporate instructor in educational technology and certification training. A former combat aviator in the US Marine Corps, he has extensive executive and technical backgrounds in the aerospace and defense industry. In addition to consulting for the private sector, Dr. Cunha has conducted special training and consultation programs for the US government, which incorporated crisis management and applied leadership strategies. Furthermore, Dr. Cunha has directly trained selected US government agency personnel in hand-to-hand combat and special tactics. Throughout his career he has practiced a vast range of integrated martial arts and was a full contact fighting champion during his years of active military service.

Dr. Kerry Delk, Ph.D.
Dr. Delk is owner and CEO of a private clinical psychology practice in Southern California, specializing in various areas including communications skills and stress management. He is also founder of a management consulting firm, which provides performance coaching, and specialized mentoring to business executives. He has focused much of his professional experience and clinical research on the cultivation of peak mental performance and the optimization of learning potential, combined with the development of leadership qualities. Dr. Delk is also a highly trained athlete whose activities include mountaineering, expert hiking, snow trekking and competitive tennis. He is also a black belt in martial arts with many years of experience.

John D. Merwin, US Army (Ret.)
Mr. Merwin has 23 years of military experience with the US Army and Army Reserve/National Guard and retired with the rank of First Sergeant. For much of his distinguished career he served as a top instructor and instructor-trainer in multiple core competencies: marksmanship, urban warfare, unit security, night operations and specialized weapons and tactics (SWAT). Mr. Merwin also served on the front lines as a combat medic and NBC (nuclear, biological, chemical) specialist. Throughout his Army career he consistently placed at the top of his class in management leadership, instructor skills and individual skills. At present Mr. Merwin heads a private martial arts instructional institute and has devoted his efforts to community outreach and youth character building programs.

Grandmaster Kambiz Moghaddam
Grandmaster Moghaddam has 40 years of experience in martial arts and has practiced and researched the martial sciences at the highest levels. Currently ranked an 8th degree black belt, he was trained from an early age by an elite collection of South Korean military martial arts master instructors, all of whom were assigned to special forces units. Over the course of his career, Grandmaster Moghaddam has taught empty-hand combat and special tactics to numerous members of US and allied military Special Forces and counter terrorist units. Many US government and law enforcement organizations have sought his services as a master instructor. Grandmaster Moghaddam holds an MBA with dual emphasis in International Business and Strategic Management, and is completing his doctoral dissertation in advanced leadership studies. He is currently an adjunct professor of Martial Science & Eastern Studies.

Sonya Ottaway
Ms. Ottaway is a manager of information risk management for a Big 4 accounting firm. She is a Certified Chartered Accountant through the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, her home country. Ms. Ottaway is an accomplished athlete, SCUBA diver and trained martial arts expert, specializing in womens self-defense and street awareness.

Christopher Toth
Mr. Toth is currently a marketing executive for an international insurance carrier. He holds an MBA in finance, graduating with honors, and was formerly a stockbroker at the Los Angeles offices of a major Wall Street firm. Mr. Toth will soon be adding a Juris Doctor degree to his list of accomplishments, which also includes a black belt in martial arts.

Walter R. Zagzebski
Mr. Zagzebski is a corporate litigator specializing in business, employment, malpractice and real estate law. He completed law school with honors and earned his baccalaureate degree in philosophy with a minor in political science. He has practiced traditional Korean martial arts for nearly 20 years and is a certified instructor for both the private sector and collegiate community.

Sander C. Zagzebski
Mr. Zagzebski, like brother Walter, is a corporate attorney and graduated with distinction. Sanders professional specialization is corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and securities offerings. Sharing his brothers commitment to the martial arts, Mr. Zagzebski is also a certified instructor of traditional Korean martial arts and has two decades of training to his credit.

Ryan Glatt
Mr. Glatt has been involved with martial arts for over 15 years and holds black belts in Kenpo Karate, Tae Kwon Do and Hap Ki Do. He is a champion tournament fighter and competed in the 2000 World Hap Ki Do Championships in Seoul. Mr. Glatt received his education in business and journalism and currently writes and researches on martial arts and Eastern philosophy.

Michael P. Argosino
Mr. Argosino is a private consultant with extensive backgrounds in financial analysis, investment portfolio management and commercial insurance underwriting. He is also a certified specialist in computer networking and information systems security. Additionally, Mr. Argosino is trained in firearms and multiple martial arts, including Togakure-Ryu Ninjitsu, Judo and Eskrima.
