LEVEL ONE Independent Assessment of Security Operations |
TPS will consult and coordinate with top level security managers, architects and planners to review and evaluate existing programs, making independent recommendations as necessary: |
- Physical security, access control, fire protection and overall security architecture
- Standard security operating procedures and small-scale emergency response procedures
- Special procedures for large-scale disaster and crisis management
- Bomb threat management protocols
- Counterterrorism strategy and planning
- Procedures for coordination with law enforcement and external security contingents
- Security resources: personnel, systems, assets and budgetary considerations

LEVEL TWO Design and/or Modification of Security Personnel Training Programs |
As a direct implementation of recommendations made in LEVEL ONE, or on a more focused and limited basis as client needs require, TPS will design and implement comprehensive training programs for security personnel. The programs will supplement, not replace or override, the existing training that security personnel already receive. As an integral part of LEVEL TWO consultation, TPS will work very closely with venue security managers, trainers and instructors in the design of subject-specific curriculum, as well as the modification of existing curriculum. LEVEL TWO services can be performed on any scale and for any group of security personnel, whether a small team of guards or the entire security force. |
LEVEL THREE Direct Training and Instruction |
Based upon the design of LEVEL TWO programs, TPS trainers and subject expert instructors will implement direct training. Classroom, multimedia, gym facilities and the venue itself will all be utilized for training purposes.
